In-Store Pickup
- Pickup Location: All orders are available for in-store pickup at 134 Innkeeper Dr, Lexington, SC 29072.
- Pickup Schedule: Orders must be picked up during our regular business hours which can be located on our website at https://www.lazycreekpets.com/contact-us. We recommend contacting us in advance to confirm your pickup time or make alternate arrangements.
- Order Processing: Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours after the order is placed. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Special Shipping Arrangements
- Case-by-Case Basis: Shipping or local delivery may be available but is not guaranteed. Such arrangements are made solely at the discretion of Lazy Creek Pet Food Center management.

- Return Policy
- Return Period: We accept returns within 7 days of the pickup date.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged
- Live Fish, Animals, Reptiles, Amphibians may not be returned and are considered Final Sale at the time of purchase.
- Refund Process: Eligible returns will be processed for a refund to your original method of payment at the time of return. However, please allow 14 for your financial institution to process the refund.
- Non-returnable Items: As noted above, and items marked Final Sale are not returnable.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange a product for the same item or similar item, bring it to our store location along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be new, with tags attached, and in their original condition.
Return Exceptions
- Some items may be subject to a restocking fee or may be non-refundable. Please contact us for more details.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
